Frequency varies based on how much you message Baldo. A typical day includes 5-15 reply messages from Baldo plus up to 3 proactive messages (morning briefing + reminders). Heavy users may exceed this; quiet users will receive fewer.

How to opt out (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving SMS from Baldo at any time. Any of the following will stop all messages:
- Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any SMS from +1 833-406-2140. You will receive one final confirmation that you have unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
- Message Baldo "stop sending me messages" / "disconnect" — Baldo recognizes this and disables the account.
- Email hello@baldo.ai from your registered address.
